You need to have met these strict criteria:
- These are PRIVATE loans only.
You currently live in one of these states: AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, HI, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, VA, VT, WA, WV, WI, or associated with a military address postal code.
- Seven  consecutive months of delinquent payments prior to June 30, 2021
- HAVE NOT reached the statute of limitations for your state.
- Went to a listed bad actor. Brooks is on that list.
